The Mustapick 14-Fret Concert Nylon
The concept behind this design is simple, to offer the rich warmth of nylon strings, with all the responsiveness, clarity and projection of a fine classical guitar, and combine it with the 14-fret geometry and playability that steel string players are familiar with. The soundboard is quite thin and braced very lightly, and the waist of the guitar is advanced toward the fingerboard so that more of the lower bout surrounds the bridge. As all my necks are handcarved, I'm able to shape each neck to any profile and nut width specified by the customer. My own Concert Nylon has a 1 and 7/8 inch nut with a round neck profile.
