Texas sensation Sarah Jarosz discusses transitioning from mandolin to guitar and performs her song “1,000 Things.”

Now 23, the acclaimed songwriter talks about switching from her first instrument, the mandolin, over to the banjo and guitar, and how the six string helped her begin writing original material.
