Enjoy all of the articles: The ones I always look for are on the Swing, Big Band Era, & Western Swing Guitar. Within the past two years I’ve tried to learn Flamenco & read everything about it. Is Flamenco covered under one of your articles on Classical Guitar or is there an article that I missed. Knowing there are similarities: However, Flamenco guitars have a thinner soundboard, a Tap Plate , (or golpeador), backs and sides made with lower density woods like Cypress. I read up on Flamenco from other sources and purchased a Camps FL-11C Nylon String A/E Flamenco Guitar from the company in Madrid, Spain. If you have written articles on the subject, please advise. If not; maybe in 2025 AG will have an updated article on Flamenco. Seems complicated knowing which Spanish Scale to play with what. Found out a long time ago that the more I learn, the. more I find I need to know. Playing guitar is a lifetime journey .
