The Process - A $1,000 deposit establishes a place in my build order, which is (almost) always first come, first served. I feel that realistic scheduling and candor about delivery dates are important for providing a really fun experience from start to finish, and I encourage my customers to check in on progress at any time. Until I've begun taking concrete steps in preparation to start your guitar your deposit is entirely and immediately refundable. When you receive the guitar you'll be able to verify that it's wonderful and send the remaining balance. International orders should be paid in full before delivery.

The Mustapick Guarantees - Ordering a handmade guitar can feel like a leap of faith, but when you commission a Mustapick guitar, you can know that it's a risk-free proposition. Your new guitar is guaranteed to satisfy. If upon receipt you feel there is some issue of workmanship or quality, you may of course return it for a full and immediate refund off all payments. For guitars that are not customized beyond what is generally marketable I offer the following additional guarantee. If you aren't completely thrilled and wish to return it for any subjective reason, then you are still welcome to do so, also for a full and immediate refund of all payments other than shipping costs.
