To whom it may concern at AG: I’m trying to get in touch with Adam Perlmutter. I’d like him to play guitar on a Nick Drake tribute song I am working on with my producer, Mike Butler. The song is my attempt to show gratitude to Nick Drake as an artist. The song is called “Bryter Now” and I’m hoping to have the acoustic guitar done in Nick Drake’s style as another way of showing how he has influenced musicians who came after him. I did another song in a Nick Drake style, “Twilight’s Last Gleaming.” My duo partner, Mark O’Bitz, played guitar on that one. Mark and I both want a guitarist who is more adept at Nick Drake’s style to play on “Bryter Now,” which Mark and I wrote together.
